Toro Rosso evaluating new front suspension
The Scuderia Toro Rosso team with Sebastian Vettel at the wheel ran with the low-downforce configuration required at this high speed track and also evaluated a new front suspension and some aero components that are not specifically aimed at the upcoming Italian GP. Running on just a single type of Bridgestone tyre the entire day covering high mileage with no reliability issues.
Tomorrow, Vettel runs in the mornin while Bourdais will run the remainder of the day and the test.
